I tried to reset my password, but the email to do so never shows up. What gives?

In order for our system to send a reset link, your account must be activated after creation. This ensures no one can create an account using your information without your consent. Please login to your email account in which you used to create your Rotomart account. Then, search for the account verification email and complete verification. Then, if you still require a password reset, go ahead and use the "I forgot my password" feature.
