2 1/4" (thread diameter) aluminum cap insert with 1" Block for vent hole, for molded-in threads. 

Fits Kelch Assemblies Plastic Closure Series 62, H60, H61, H63, Comfort Grip 225, Sure Grip 225, TIPS 225, Guardian 225, Venture 225, Contour 225 and Power Grip 225 caps.

Inserts are machined with a calculated shrinkage of 0.025 inches per inch for polyethylene. 

Cap inserts can be specially ordered to accommodate the calculated shrinkage of other materials. Aluminum Cap inserts with machined modified buttress thread to fit a variety of tank diameters.
