1 3/4" (thread diameter) aluminum cap insert with1" Block for drilled vent hole, for molded in threads. 

Fits Kelch Assemblies Plastic Closure Series H45, 45 Gauge Utility 175, Contour 175 caps. Inserts are machined with calculated shrinkage of 0.025 inches per inch for polyethylene.

Cap inserts can be special ordered to accommodate the calculated shrinkage of other materials.
